True education means more than pursuing a certain course of study. It has to do with the whole person, and with the whole period of existence possible to human beings. It is the harmonious development of the physical, the mental, and the spiritual powers.

For this reason the North American Division of Seventh-Day Adventists operates
a system of more than 1,000 elementary and secondary schools and 13 colleges and universities in the United States and Canada.

The Cicero SDA Church is affiliated with two schools. CAES (Cicero Adventist Elementary School) has grades K through 8.  Indiana Academy a day/boarding school serves grades 9 - 12.
